Upon receipt of your Request For Quote via submission of this form, email, or phone, we will reply via email or phone with shipping cost and delivery time details. We ship truck and/or ocean freight anywhere in the world but we are also equipped to deliver to you. We can deliver to the Northeast USA at a cost competitive to truck freight shipment. If we deliver, we will advise you on your installation at the time of delivery. We are always available by email or phone to answer your questions.

We require a minimum 50% deposit with your order and payment in full prior to shipment or COD. Stock units can be picked up at our facility upon payment with a guaranteed check, cash, gold, etc., however, 7% New York State sales tax will be due on items picked up by the purchaser. Items sold outside of New York State will not incur sales tax charges.
The trucking company adds a 3% surcharge for any amount paid COD, similarly, the credit card company charges a 3% surcharge for their services. If you use these services, the surcharge will be added to your cost.
Payment in full by bank wire transfer or check will help us expedite construction and shipment of your generator.
